As a HL Plastics Fenestration Technician you will be responsible for providing support to an established customer base whilst also providing technical backup to the sales team in order to secure new business. Customer service is paramount to ensuring customer satisfaction whilst providing product and industry knowledge across a number of different market sectors including, commercial, specifier, trade and domestic. Working in a variety of environments from customers factories to site you will need to have industry knowledge and experience and a practical hands on approach.
Specific product knowledge is not essential as this will be given to the successful applicant.
